Grace Spring Hill | Tuition & Fees

2022-2023 Policies on Tuition and Fees

Below you will find an outline of the policies and procedures regarding the fees charged to the parent or guardian in the Christian education and care of your child/children.

Please note all slots are contracted slots. What does this mean? A contracted slot means that when you enroll your child for full-time or part-time capacity, you will be charged whether or not your child attends for the day/days that they are enrolled. Growing in Grace II strives to give every child enrolled a quality education and care. In order to do this, we do our very best to hire educated and experienced teacher. Our staff needs to provide for the families and needs consistent hours. In order for us to provide this benefit we need to have regular income coming in and consistently be at a break-even base.

There was an increase in tuition of $5 per week that began January 3, 2022.

Two-year-old care: Full time = 5 full days per week (not to exceed 10 hours per day): $145.00

Field Trips/Special events:  We will be very conscious of any extra charges, but from time to time there will be additional funds requested for a special event. These will be brought to the parents only on an as needed basis. We never wish to exclude any child from participating in any special fieldtrip, function, or event due to the parent being unable to afford the charge. Please let the director know that this extra charge will cause a financial burden and we will work out a way for the child to participate.

Late Fees: Tuition is billed on Friday morning for the following week, but can be pre-paid bi-weekly or monthly. All payments will be due on Monday and will be considered late at the end of the day on Wednesday. There will be a 10% charge on any late payments.

Furthermore, Growing in GRACE II is licensed and insured from 6 am to 6 pm. To remain in compliance with all licensing regulations and uphold our liability insurance it is REQUIRED that all students and staff be out of the building by 6pm. If you are going to be late, please call the center at 352-515-5612 and speak to the person in charge. There will be a $1 a minute late pick up charge.
